UK Returns
You can contact us to arrange a return, or simply return an item. We will refund you both the cost of the item and the postage costs once we recieve your return. It is advisable to use recorded delivery for any valuable items returned.
Overseas Returns
Overseas customers are offered a longer period for returns to allow for slower postage. Any return from overseas should arrive back within 8 weeks of our dispatch date. Once the return is recieved payment + postage costs will be refunded via PayPal, or by cheque for postal payment customers. Please contact us with any queries you may have.
